👤 Account Management
🔐 How do I create an account?
Sign in with your Google account through Google Play Games. This automatically creates your account and allows you to:
  • Access multiplayer features
  • Save your progress across devices
  • Use up to 3 devices simultaneously
  • Securely sync your game data
🔄 How do I switch between Google accounts?
To switch Google accounts:
  1. Open the app and go to Settings
  2. Scroll to Account Management
  3. Tap Switch Account
  4. Confirm the action
  5. Sign in with a different Google account
Note: This will sign you out of your current account and clear local data.
📧 Can I change my Google account?
Your Gem Collector account is tied to your Google account. To use a different account, use the Switch Account feature in Settings. This will sign you out and allow you to sign in with a different Google account.
🔑 I'm having trouble signing in
Since Gem Collector uses Google Sign-in, authentication is handled by Google. If you're having trouble:
  • Make sure you're using the correct Google account
  • Check your internet connection
  • Update Google Play Services on your device
  • Try using the Switch Account feature in Settings
  • Restart the app and try again

📱 Device Management & Transfer
🔢 How many devices can I use?
You can use your account on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Devices are automatically registered when you sign in. If you reach the limit, you'll need to remove an old device from the Player Portal before adding a new one.
📲 How do I transfer my account to a new phone?
To permanently transfer your account to a new device:
  1. On your OLD phone: Open Player Portal at portal.gemcollector.xyz and log in
  2. Click Request Device Transfer
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. A QR code will appear with a 6-digit code
  5. On your NEW phone: Open the app → Settings → Transfer Account
  6. Scan the QR code or enter the 6-digit code manually
  7. Your account will be transferred, and the old device will be automatically revoked
Important: This permanently revokes access from your old phone for security.
❓ What's the difference between auto-registration and device transfer?
Auto-Registration: When you sign in from a new device, it's automatically added (up to 3 devices). All devices remain active. Good for using multiple devices occasionally.

Device Transfer: Permanently moves your account to a new phone and automatically revokes the old device. Good for upgrading to a new phone or if your old phone was lost/stolen.
🗑️ How do I remove a device from my account?
To manage your devices:
  1. Visit portal.gemcollector.xyz
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Go to Device Management
  4. Select the device you want to remove
  5. Click Revoke Access

❌ Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel:
  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Find Gem Collector
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"
🔚 What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel:
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be made
  • Your game progress is saved
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Be the first player to reach 15 prestige points to trigger the final round. After everyone takes their final turn, the player with the most points wins!
🎯 What can I do on my turn?
You can choose ONE of these actions:
  • Take Gems: Collect 3 different colored gems OR 2 of the same color (if 4+ available)
  • Buy a Card: Purchase a visible card with your gems
  • Reserve a Card: Reserve a card for later and get 1 gold token (wild card)
🤖 How do AI opponents play?
The AI uses strategic decision-making to purchase cards, collect gems, and reserve valuable cards. They adapt to the game state and provide a challenging experience suitable for both beginners and experienced players!
🌐 Can I play with friends online?
Yes! With a subscription, you can:
  • Host private games and invite friends
  • Join public games with players worldwide
  • Chat with other players during games
Multiplayer requires an active internet connection and valid subscription.
