Account Information

When you use Gem Collector's multiplayer features, we collect:

• Google Play Games ID: Your unique Google Play Games player ID (required for multiplayer and subscriptions)
• Display Name: Your Google Play Games display name (used to suggest a unique nickname)
• Nickname: Your chosen in-game display name (must be unique within our game)
• Email address: Optional, collected only through web portal for account management
• Subscription information: Purchase tokens and subscription status (processed securely by Google Play Billing)
• Device identifiers: To enable up to 3 devices per subscription

Note: Free solo play does not require any account creation or sign-in.

Game Data

We collect information about your gameplay:

• Game progress and statistics
• Multiplayer match history
• Settings and preferences

Technical Information

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version
• Error logs and crash reports

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve game services
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Enable online multiplayer features
• Send important service updates
• Provide customer support
• Prevent fraud and abuse

Device Management

Our subscription model supports up to 3 devices per subscription. We collect and store:

• Device identifiers (to track which devices are authorized)
• Device model and operating system version
• Last access date and time per device
• Device status (active, revoked, or transferred)

You can manage your authorized devices through our web portal at any time.

Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords (for web portal access) are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt
• We use industry-standard security measures including secure authentication tokens
• Payment processing is handled securely by Google Play (we never see your credit card details)
• We do not store credit card information
• Device authentication uses secure tokens that expire periodically

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing: For subscription management and payments
• Google Play Games Services: For player authentication and identity verification (required for multiplayer and subscriptions)

Data Sharing: When you sign in with Google Play Games, Google may share your player ID and display name with us. We do not have access to your Google account password or other Google account information.
