You retain ownership of any content you create (such as nicknames and optional profile information). However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to multiplayer features but may continue playing solo mode.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Gem Collector is a commercial multiplayer strategy card game designed for entertainment and recreation purposes. This is NOT educational software, training software, or learning application.
The Gem Collector app requires a paid subscription to access full features and multiplayer gameplay. The subscription is processed through:

Any content, descriptions, or lore provided in the app (e.g., card names, game descriptions) is for entertainment purposes only and should NOT be relied upon as educational, factual, or instructional material.
The app is provided "as-is" without any warranty that it will be suitable for any particular purpose, including any claimed educational, professional, or training use.
This app is not designed as a student learning tool or educational platform. If you are an educational institution seeking to use this app with students, you must comply with all applicable laws regarding student privacy (including COPPA, GDPR, and PDPA).

These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to your use of the app, your account, payments, subscriptions, user-generated content, or any alleged intellectual property violations.
Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts and waives any objection to venue.
Disputes shall be heard in the following Hong Kong courts based on claim amount:
The losing party may be ordered to pay the winning party's legal costs and fees.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where consumer protection laws cannot be waived, nothing herein limits your rights under such laws. However, any proceedings shall still be brought in the Hong Kong courts.
